Safe transfers & mobility: gait belt use, wheelchair safety, positioning and re-positioning, fall-prevention practices
Vital signs & measurements: pulse, respirations, intake/output tracking, accurate recording
Infection control & safety: hand hygiene, PPE, clean/dirty workflow, sanitization, and hazard awareness
Communication & resident rights: dignity, privacy, preferences, clear communication with residents and teams
Core nursing assistant skills: occupied bed making, catheter/perineal care, mouth/denture care, dressing a resident with a weak arm
Documentation & teamwork: basic charting and working effectively with nurses and clinical staff
